Foundation Chevrolet service department sets the bar high for other automotive service departments to try and emulate. The Service Advisor, Service Manager and the entire crew have a system that leads to a customer service level not seen at most service departments. It's easy to look good when things go smooth, but the real mark of excellence is achieved when something goes wrong. Foundation recovered with class while saving me over $1,500 for the repair. It was as easy as car buying can get, I think. From checking out multiple models, to driving a few to making a decision and completing the purchase everyone was friendly, respectful, and helpful. We were told when dropping off our truck for a charging system issue that it may be a few days before anyone could look at it. To our surprise it was diagnosed and fixed 24 hours later and the team provided wonderful details to what was happening (rodents eating wires). Very seldom have I had a positive experience with a used car purchase experience with a dealer. They gave me a decent price and no pressure. I returned the next day after doing my research and realized the price was fair. They honored the price and fast and easy paperwork. They added $800 dealer handling fee and $800 for low jack and upholstery and paint care package. Dealer handling fee is nonsense in my opinion, but most everyone does it now so can’t knock them for that. We were told the low jack and upholstery/paint care can’t be taken off. I bought my first new car a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the experience. I went in expecting to deal with some pushy car salesman’s and I’d have to stand up for myself repeatedly, I even brought my dad with me as back up. However, the entire process was the absolute opposite. Additionally, Tiernan was incredibly helpful, he sat down in my new car with me and went through every button and setting, and let me ask as many stupid questions as I wanted.

We have a new Tucson plug-in. It was making a funny noise - like a loose screw in the rear door rolling around when it was opened and closed. We bought our Palisade new at the end of 2021. It only took 2 months to come in and was exactly was we ordered. They have done everything they promised and the vehicle is performing fantastically. The fact they didn't charge a "market adjustment" fee and they offer extra coverage if we do the maintenance there were also big parts of our decision. We came down from Fort Collins for the purchase because of these things.

Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. If he didn't know an answer to one of our questions, he was quick to figure it out. 5 stars for Miguel, but 4 for the dealership pricing- the $10k market rate markup on EV's and $5k markup on hybrids is rough.
